Placement system development

Abstract

The main objective was to provide the data analysis to the end user. However, after analysing the current placement process and system, our objective had to be changed to develop a system which can provide the required data for analysis in a proper format. And for that, we had to ensure that the relevant data is being recorded in the system. The second objective of developing placement system was to digitalize and automate some daily tasks so that the placement team can focus on more important tasks (such as pursuing companies to visit the campus) rather than mailing and maintaining data. This system also helps to track progress of every student, helping them determine how sincerely a student is participating in the placement process.
